    I'd like to place an international order?
    Yes, we do ship International, with following terms and conditions: Arao Jewelry offers free shipping to over 24 countries. Customers are liable to pay the local import duties/taxes, as applicable in their country of import. All returns/exchanges from International destinations are to be shipped by customers at their cost with full value insurance of all items being returned. Any import duty required to be paid by Arao Jewelry for such returns will be deducted from the refund to be processed for the customer.     Can I ship to an address that is different from my billing address?
    Yes, you may ship an order to another address by following our address verification procedure. Simply call your credit card or bank institution after placing your order to add the alternate address.
    Will my shipment from arao jewelry require a signature upon delivery?
    Yes. All items shipped are fully insured during transit; therefore all shipments will require a signature at the time of delivery. Please note that additional charges may accrue if additional delivery attempts are made.
    What types of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), as well as PayPal. Many customers purchasing items valued over $1,000 prefer paying by wire transfer. We must receive confirmation from our bank that a wire transfer has been completed before items can be shipped. For security purposes, Arao Jewelry may request additional documentation (such as drivers license, photocopy of credit card, etc) on some transactions.
    Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
    We are required by law to charge state and local sales tax for orders shipped to states where we conduct business. You will be shown your estimated sales tax (if applicable) during the checkout process, prior to submitting your order. International orders may be subject to the duties and taxes of the destination country.
  • Returns & Refunds

    Returns
    Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, we allow items adhering to our returns requirements to be returned within 30 days from when the order was shipped for a refund. A return authorization will be required to process a return. Please contact araojewelry@gmail.com to retrieve an authorization. Arao's Jewelry pieces will come with a SECURITY TAG attached. Security tags must be intact in order to be eligible for a refund. Items must be unused and in the original condition as was received with all original packaging.
    Refunds
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable time-frame.
    What is your exchange policy?
    Kindly note that your purchase will only be accepted for exchange by Arao Jewelry if it is in original condition with original packaging and absolutely no signs of wear. All items purchased on araojewelry.com must be exchanged through the araojewelry.com process, and cannot be returned to an authorized Retail Partner or any other channel. Refund cannot be processed once the order is approved for an exchange. After 30 calendar days from receipt, all sales are considered to be final.
    How can I cancel my order?
    If you need to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us at araojewelry@gmail.com to cancel your order. Unfortunately, once it has shipped, you will need to return the order if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
    One Year Limited Warranty
    This warranty includes the following services: One (1) complimentary ring sizing up-to +/- 1/2 ring size, Tightening of any gem in the setting, Prong re-tipping or smoothing of prongs that are in need of repair, Refinishing or polishing, Replacement of lost/missing melee up to 0.05 carats for the lifetime of the jewel. The Arao Jewelry 1 year Limited Warranty does not cover the loss or damage of jewelry, gemstones, and diamonds due to: Negligence, Willful misuse, Accidents, Robbery/burglary, Vandalism, Fire, Flood, All other acts of God, Items not in personal possession during time of loss or damage, Alteration or Repair by a third party craftsmen
    What if I wish to Upgrade?
    Arao Jewelry does not offer upgrades. If you are not satisfied with the purchase you may exchange or apply for a refund.

    Most of your styles appear to be in white gold. Are there other metal options?
    Arao’s standard is 14K Gold. Our 14K gold is available in white, yellow, rose.
    Are center stones included in Arao earrings & rings? Where can I purchase a center diamond?
    Almost all Arao rings & earrings are sold as “semi-mounts”, which means that the smaller accent gemstones have already been set, but NOT the center diamond. The choices of center diamond shape, size (and price) are up to you and your special someone! And virtually all of our authorized Arao's retail partners sell diamond centers in a variety of shapes and sizes that can be set in the Arao's setting of your choice.
    What quality are the diamonds in Arao settings?
    White diamonds in Arao Jewelry settings are G/H color and VS/SI quality.
    What’s in the box?
    Your piece of jewelry will arrive in a rose red and snow white box. Inside the box is the handcrafted piece of jewelry, IGI certification of your Arao Jewelry, an appraisal certificate, a quality assurance guarantee & user manual.

    Repair & Care
    Most gold and platinum jewelry can be maintained with a non-abrasive cleaner. Examine your jewelry regularly to make sure settings are snug and clasps and joinings are secure. Avoid exposing gold jewelry to household bleach, which will quickly cause gold to discolor and possibly disintegrate. Jewelry storage is important as well. At the time of purchase, all Arao Jewelry. jewelry is wrapped in a protective box, case or tarnish-resistant pouch. Between wearings, we recommend that you place it back in its original case or another suitably lined box or pouch. To clean diamonds, use a mild solution of six parts water to one part ammonia and apply with a soft bristle brush.
    What if I need my ring resized?
    We offer one free ring resizing within the first year. The customer is only responsible for return shipping.
