What are the payment options?

We accept all major Credit cards. International payments are accepted via Paypal or Wire Transfer.

What is your return policy?

Please read our Shipping Terms and Conditions before placing the order. Customized Products and International shipped products are non returnable or refundable. Altered products are non-returnable. Products needs to be Unused to be considered returnable. Max 30 days from the date of delivery a product can be returned. Shipping charges need to be borne by the customer for a return. We don't offer Lifetime exchange on any of our products. Get a conformation email from our customer service before processing a return. We hold no responsibility of products lost or damaged in transit.

What is included in Warranty?

Warranty includes Polishing of your jewelry and gemstones. Warranty includes 1 free re-sizing of your Rings +/- 1 size of purchased size. Warranty is only valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Shipping of jewelry to and from for servicing is to be borne by the customer. Addition/ Alteration to jewelry is not included in free 1 year warranty. An estimate will be shared with you before making any changes to your jewelry. Customized orders are not included in warranty. We are not responsible for any damage or lost of goods in transit.
